Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits required to reserve a travel package are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

90 or more days before departure: a cancellation fee of $500–$1,000 per traveler or group applies. Remaining payments beyond the deposit and cancellation fee are refunded.
89 days or fewer before departure: all payments made are non-refundable (100% forfeiture).

We strongly recommend travelers consider independent trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid identification, passports, and any visas required for their destination. RallyPoint Sports Group LLC is not responsible for travel restrictions imposed by government authorities.
